In our indoor golf studio in San Francisco you'll get focused attention to make you a better more confident golfer. We're offering hourly golf lessons with the latest technology (K-vest) with former PGA Tour player and PGA professional Kris Moe and Terry Rowles.
I'm offering these packages that you may use for yourself or with friends or colleagues. You'll have the option to use your lesson credit to purchase a golf school for an outdoor experience with Kris Moe (typically on weekends 10:00-3:30 at Chardonnay Golf Club in Napa).
Golf program Format
Ideally you will be able to come in weekly or a couple times a month for your series. After each lesson I will send you a video summary (click link to see) of our time together and how best for you to practice until our next session.
I'll look over these aspects of your game-
Technique for all aspects of striking the ball (even putting and sand)
Physical fitness screen and recommended program to improve strength and conditioning
Golf equipment, for instance do yo have the right set make up, lie angles, shaft weight and bounce angles?
Lesson 1- We’ll discuss your goals and the amount of time you have to practice your program. I’ll also evaluate your golf fitness (TPI certified) to help us construct a step by step program to help you reach your goals.
We'll discuss the cause and effect of your current ball flight. Why it occurs and how best to correct this. I'll send you this in video along with the drills and exercises to create the new move through the ball.
Lesson 2- We’ll delve deeper into your program with the concepts to establish the foundation of your program. You’ll also be shown exercises to help you repeat certain actions so they become more natural to you (posture practice before a mirror for instance).
Lesson 3- You’ll share how your program is working out and we’ll make adjustments if we need to. At this point you should have a clear idea of what you’re doing and why. This lesson is usually about refining your understanding and becoming more conscious of your ability to recreate the desired motion.
Lesson 4- You should by this time have a clear picture of what you should be doing. I will again supervise your practice to make sure your are working on the correct things. The swing should be working more consistently on the course and the ball flight should be much closer to what you want.
One-Day Class or Supervised Practice in Napa- Another coaching program I offer is up at Chardonnay. Your technique has improved and now we have to integrate that into your overall game. With better shots you're scoring should be improving. Hit from grass, we'll watch your shots and refine things if we need to in any aspect of your game (driving, approaches, chipping, sand or putting).
The one-day begins at 10 and finishes at 4:00 (two to three hours on the range followed by nine holes with me on the course). Typically $275 with green fee and lunch.
The supervised practice is a session where I coach your practice session. Usually $75 for three hours that includes the range balls.
